The European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA) is a Brussels-based organisation whose mission is to represent full-service advertising and media agencies and agency associations in Europe.

EACA aims to promote honest, effective advertising, high professional standards, and awareness of the contribution of advertising in a free market economy and to encourage close co-operation between agencies, advertisers and media in European advertising bodies.

Digital campaign wins Cannes Grand Prix

30 June 2009 - Tribal DDB's campaign for Philips Electronics' new line of ultra-widescreen TV sets was focused on digital media, but it still managed to best more TV-centered campaigns to win the Film Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Advertising. The advertising shops behind President Barack Obama's winning campaign took home the Titanium and Integrated awards. Volkswagen was named Marketer of the Year.
